We declare full product value on all shipments. We cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue to avoid fees.
RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

What If There's a Problem?
LOST PACKAGE
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
WRONG ADDRESS
Double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once shipped. If delivered to wrong address due to our error, we'll resend.
CUSTOMS HELD
If stuck in customs, contact your local customs office. We'll provide all documentation needed.
